What will happen after the period of the purchased package ends?
At Digitalgate, we focus on building long-term partnerships — but without binding contracts.
If you wish to continue working together, we simply move forward month-to-month and keep building on the strategy and results we have created together.
If you decide to end the collaboration, that is entirely your choice. We will ensure a smooth and professional handover, providing access to all relevant accounts, data, and materials related to your website or online channels. This allows you to continue independently or with another partner without disruption.
There are no locked systems, no hidden conditions, and no penalties for ending the collaboration.
For web projects, hosting and monthly maintenance are offered as separate services and can continue independently if you choose to keep them.
Our philosophy is simple: partnerships should continue because they create value — not because they are contractually required.
