This means that if you’re unhappy with the service we offer or we were unable to meet your business needs, a complete refund will be made from our side. All you need to do is email us at info@digitalgate.dk, during the first 30 days of signing the partnership and state the reasons behind that dissatisfaction. If the reasons are valid and we failed to keep our promise, a refund will be made.

Our goal is to sustain a long term relationship with our clients in order to achieve great results together, therefore we will offer a new contract to continue growing your business even more. However, it is entirely up to you if you decide to stop working with us for any reason. In that case, we will make sure that you receive all the relevant data you need about your online channels or website so that you can proceed easily on your own or with the assistance of another marketing agency without encountering any problems. To ensure that your website functions perfectly and without any issues, we provide website maintenance for a monthly fee in addition to the 1-year free hosting service included in the premium and ultimate packages which will remain active even if you decide to end our partnership.
